Speaking. Teaching. Building the community I want to work in.
Design is not just the projects. It's the room, the students, the peers you help reach the next role. Here's what I do outside client engagements.

Conferences
Speaking at international product and service design gatherings — most notably the Service Design Global Conference (SDGC), the flagship event of the Service Design Network that brings together practitioners from around the world to shape the future of the discipline. Talks focus on design leadership, smart-building UX, and how enterprise design teams grow from craft function to strategic driver.

Lectures — KREA · LABA · Corvinus · Negomoot
Teaching UX and product design in online courses for KREA and LABA, and running design thinking and communication workshops for Negomoot at Corvinus University of Budapest. Sessions mix UX research, service design and the real economics of design decisions inside large organisations — turning theory into playbooks the next generation of designers and product people.

Microsoft Power Platform Ambassador
Promoting Microsoft Power Platform solutions for corporate environments across Europe — evangelising low-code, running enablement sessions with enterprise teams, and helping IT and business stakeholders co-govern citizen development. The role blends community building, executive storytelling and hands-on design guidance so organisations can scale Power Apps without losing quality or control.

UX BP & Mentoring
Actively organising events and mentoring juniors inside the UX Budapest collective — one of the largest product and UX communities in Hungary. Work spans meetup curation, portfolio surgery, first-Product-Owner playbooks and difficult stakeholder conversations, plus 1:1 mentoring for designers making the jump from craft into leadership.

Power Apps Heroes
Organising and governing Power Platform collectives for Hungarian corporations — recognising the makers who quietly move the needle with citizen-developed apps. The programme runs workshops, peer reviews and a recognition track that treats internal Power Apps builders as first-class product people, not shadow IT.
